Edible Arrangements Delivery is unsatisfactory - Edible Arrangements
There have been good deliveries...a few...The arrangements (without chocolate) have survived. However, the last few times have seriously led me to the conclusion that I don't wish to use this company anymore. A simple delivery update on line can alert the sender to action, customers would likely pay for even a simple refrigerated bag. Just about EVERY delivery service has up to date, available information about a delivery. I asked Edible Arrangements, for a small fee - they could hire someone to set up a relatively "smart web site" to do the barest minimum of delivery updates:
(1) Store has received your information
(2) Arranging your order now
(3) Order out for delivery now
(4) Safely delivered to customer
or ********* delivery pending or problem with delivery - please contact store......
